Every couple we work with is provided with a complimentary one-on-one consultation included with our service. Our wedding expertise will help guide you through the maze of planning your celebration. DJ’s In The Burg works with you to compile a comprehensive program of events, introductions, music selections, and every important detail of your day. The written itinerary is provided to you so that you can then shared with others (photographer, caterer, venue, etc.) or anybody you wish.



We understands that matching your personality and the vision for your wedding is crucial for it’s success. Once DJ’s In The Burg has been contracted to perform for your wedding, we will continue to communicate in person, email, text or by phone to allow you enough time to review and become acquainted with your itinerary right down to every last minute detail.




Package Outline:


* Wedding planner which becomes your itinerary (you will receive this before your wedding)



* Unlimited planning of all your requests we compile into your itinerary



* Disc Jockey/ Master of Ceremonies (All the announcements from entrance to end )



* Professional grade sound system (brands such as Yamaha, Crown, DBX, Harbinger, etc.)



* Dance floor lighting and effects (moving colored lighting effects, bubbles)



* Complete music library (extensive selection of every type of music in digital format)



* On line data base selection of all your music and request






DJ’s In The Burg Package Includes:


Coordinator: DJ’s In The Burg will work together with the other professionals you have hired for the day to ensure that everyone is aware of your planned reception format and Itinerary.



Master of Ceremonies: From the Bridal Party Grand Entrance to the Final Dance, We announce everything including: Grand Entrance, Dinner arrangements, Best Man and Maid of Honor Toast, Cutting of Cake, Throwing of Bouquet, Dollar Dance, and all other events.


Our Attire: Our attire for your event is always “Formal” (Tuxedo, suit, button down shirt or professional dress) unless you specify otherwise. Your wishes will be discussed during your consultation with DJ’s In The Burg.



Song Requests: We discuss styles and genres of music ahead of time to get a feel for what you and your guests will enjoy. We also give you the opportunity to provide “play lists” and “do not play lists” on our online data base. You should always be happy with the selection and know ahead of time.



Music, Sound and Lights: We are focused on the fact that this important day will be shared with family and friends that who possibly have not seen each other for a long time. With this in mind, the music volume is maintained at a pleasant level for dancing as well as conversation. While dynamic sound is important, special effect lighting can be just as significant. Our light show will aid in creating the perfect atmosphere of fun and excitement for everyone at your reception.



Payments Arrangements: Your retainer fee of $50 is required at the time of your contract signing. This can be in the form of a check which will simple be held in good faith and held until your wedding day. The remaining balance is due on the day of your wedding and paying by cash or check.
